After detectives were able to conclude the on scene investigation, APD no longer believes there is anything suspicious in relation to this death. There are no suspects at this time.
Summary:
At 3:30 a.m. the Austin Police Department alerted UTPD to a report of a suspicious death at 507 West 23rd Street (Skyloft Apartments).
According to APD, officers responded to a check welfare call. A 28-year-old man was found deceased inside an apartment. At this time there is no known UT affiliation.
